Information collected

We collect contact, farm, location, affiliation, source, input, recipe, package, estimate, order, brand-asset, review, production, and accounting-reference information needed to evaluate and operate a white-label project.

How it is used

Information is used to calculate planning estimates, review production fit, communicate with customers, prepare controlled production and label documents, maintain traceability, and synchronize approved financial transactions with QuickBooks Online.

Service providers

Hosting, database, authentication, private file storage, transactional email, and accounting providers process information only for the applicable workflow. Public analytics must not receive formula details, customer files, or personally identifying estimate data.

Retention and access

Drafts stored only in a customer’s browser can be cleared there. Submitted business records are retained according to operational, traceability, accounting, and legal requirements. Access is restricted by staff role and recorded in an audit history.

Security

Secure customer links are revocable and time-limited. Integration credentials are encrypted, customer files remain private, and published production rules and approved documents are versioned rather than overwritten.
